At DressBees, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and for that reason we provide a limited return option under specific conditions.

Same Day Return Policy

DressBees offers a Same Day Return Policy for eligible orders. Customers who wish to return a product must submit a return request on the same day of delivery before 12:00 PM.

Return requests made after this time may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be made on the same day of delivery before 12:00 PM
• The product must be unused and unworn
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered

DressBees reserves the right to decline return requests if the product does not meet the above requirements.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products returned after the allowed time window
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Products missing original tags or packaging
• Products returned without a valid return request

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Product details
• Reason for return

Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps for the return process.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated if the item meets all return conditions.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider.
